Study On Working Capital Management Based On Supply Chain Management In E-commerce Enterprise

In the operation and development of enterprises,the role of working capital is very important.It is called "the blood " by people.Therefore,the operation of enterprises depends largely on the management of working capital.In the current era of rapid development of the Internet,if the economy wants to achieve good development,it must be linked with the network,Enterprises in the supply chain are interrelated through the network,and the scope of market competition has shifted from enterprise to supply chain.Under the background of this change,it is very important to apply the supply chain management theory to the management of enterprise working capital.In the world,the management system and system of enterprise working capital has been paid close attention to by many scholars.Through detailed research and analysis,they have made great achievements.In the early stage,the management of current assets and current liabilities has been the core of working capital management.After 1990 s,from a specific industry,supply chain,customer relationship,channel,value chain and business process perspective,exploring the methods and performance evaluation of enterprise working capital management has become the research focus of many scholars.Among them,there are many research on working capital management based on supply chain management,also has research on the impact of e-commerce on working capital management,but there is few studies includes these three parts.Therefore,the case study of supply chain management based on supply chain management has practical significance.Under the background of the global electronic commerce,the supply chain under the e-commerce environment has its distinctive management features,which has an important influence on the working capital management from four aspects: information flow,capital flow,logistics and the relationship between the upstream and downstream enterprises.In this paper,the characteristics of supply chain management from the point of view of the electricity supplier enterprises to play the advantages of information technology enterprises,which break the traditional working capital management method based on supply chain management and refine the main content of the working capital management based on supply chain management from the four aspects of information flow,logistics,capital flow,and the relationship between upstream and downstream enterprises.The main contents are information management,inventory management,payment management,payment management and supply chain management.And based on this theory,through the case study of JD group,we find out the existing problems and reasons of the working capital management based on supply chain management of JD group,and finally put forward the solution.The group of JD is one of the typical representatives of China’s e-commerce enterprise,and it has its own suppliers,electricity supplier sales platform and logistics distribution system.Compared to other domestic electricity supplier companies,JD has a more complete supply chain.In recent years,JD has been in a state of high growth,but its working capital can not meet its financial needs.Therefore,this paper selects JD group as a case to study the management of working capital management based on supply chain management.This research method mainly includes the induction and case analysis.The first chapter mainly elaborates the development of research and economic background,summarizes the achievements and experiences and the related research at home and abroad have made,find the study can bring real significance and value.The second chapter describes the basic theories of the working capital management based on supply chain management in e-commerce enterprise,focus on the impact of the supply chain management in e-commerce enterprise on the working capital management.On this basis,putting forward the main content of working capital management based on supply chain management in e-commerce enterprise.The third chapter mainly introduces JD’s financial status and working capital management status,focus on the construction of working capital management platform based on supply chain management and the measures in practical operation.The fourth chapter analyzes the existing problems of the working capital management based on supply chain management,and the causes of these problems.Finally,in order to solve the existing problems of working capital management based on supply chain management in JD.According to the reasons analyzed above,the paper puts forward some suggestions from platform construction aspect and management measures aspect on how to improve the working capital management based on supply chain management.In depth study and analysis of supply chain management based on JD operating capital management,to identify the problems and deficiencies.According to the actual situation,the relevant solutions and measures have been formulated to further improve and perfect the operation fund management system of JD.improve the efficiency of capital use and ease the pressure of funds,It can also provide reference for the operation fund management of other electricity supplier enterprises in China.
