Research On Business Capital Management Of E-Commerce Enterprises Based On Supply Chain

In the operation and development of enterprises,the role of working capital is very important.It is called "the blood " by people.Therefore,the operation of enterprises depends largely on the management of working capital.In the current era of rapid development of the Internet,if the economy wants to achieve good development,it must be linked with the network,Enterprises in the supply chain are interrelated through the network,and the scope of market competition has shifted from enterprise to supply chain alliance.Under the background of this change,it is very important to apply the supply chain management theory to the management of enterprise working capital.Early on,the management of current assets and current liabilities have been the core of the management of working capital,in the previous research achievements of working capital,to the electronic commerce,supply chain management,and management of working capital combination and the introduction of stakeholder theory research is less.Therefore,the research on the operation fund management based on supply chain management of e-commerce enterprises has certain theoretical significance.Jingdong group is one of the typical representative of the electricity enterprises in our country,have their own supplier,electricity sales platform and warehousing,logistics distribution system,and the other domestic electricity companies,have a more complete supply chain.In recent years,Jingdong has been in a state of rapid growth,but its working capital cannot meet its financial needs.Therefore,this paper selects Jingdong group as a case to study the operation capital management of e-commerce enterprises based on supply chain management,which is representative.This paper mainly uses the case analysis method.The first chapter mainly elaborates the development background of the research,summarizes the achievements and experiences of relevant research institutes at home and abroad,and expounds the research ideas and methods of this paper.Second chapter to the working capital,channel management theory,supply chain theory and stakeholder theory,and expounds the meaning and significance of supply chain finance,based on this,advances the electric business enterprise based on supply chain management of the main content of the management of working capital,lay the ground for the full study of theoretical basis.The third chapter through the case analysis is introduced the basic situation of Jingdong group,focus from supply chain and procurement and supply chain downstream marketing channel two aspects,the introduction of supplier relationships and customer relationship Jingdong group is introduced based on the supply management of working capital management status.The fourth chapter of based on supply chain management of Jingdong group procurement channels and marketing channel management of working capital performance has carried on the objective analysis,and with Su Ningyun business related indicators for comparison,analysis from the dimension of unused Jingdong group of working capital management performance.Based on the above analysis of the above article,this paper further analyzes the management risks of Jjingdong's purchasing channels and marketing channels based on supply chain management.Chapter six,based on the risk of the previous analysis,puts forward Suggestions for improvement of Jingdong group.In deep research and analysis on the basis of supply chain management of jingdong after working capital management,find out the risk,then put forward some proposals according to the actual situation,in order to improve the service efficiency of funds,alleviate the pressure of the money,and the other Chinese electricity enterprise working capital management provide certain reference value.
