Research On ERP Financial Module Application Of TF Company

With computer technology developing,the accounting information system has seen several changes in the past years.The original manual bookkeeping and ordinary accounting software cannot meet the needs of the management.More and more medium and large size enterprises have been widely used ERP system now.ERP system represents the advanced management idea,so ERP is the inevitable choice of enterprise's modernization and scientific management in the information era.By the automatic calculation of the computer,ERP system can greatly improve work efficiency.At the same time,ERP system can integrate information from different departments,reduced the enterprise internal communication cost.ERP system has many advantages,such as efficient processing daily work,highly integrated and shared data.However,there is a little few company can apply ERP system successfully.They can't fully exert ERP's function and make full use of its potential.So this article used this point to do some research.By looking at the domestic and foreign literature and news information,I learned that most of the enterprises' ERP system is mainly focused on financial module,so my research will be focus on ERP financial module.By using the method of combining theory and cases,this paper summarizes relevant theory of experience of domestic and foreign,and introduces the present situation of the application of financial module in ERP system.After researching on ERP financial module application of TF Company,I find the problems of the process of ERP system,analyze the reason of these problems,then put forward the improvement goals,combine with previous experience,develop a series of optimization scheme.And I hope this optimization scheme can help solve TF company's problems.Meanwhile I hope to provide some reference to the other enterprises.
