Chuangxin Laser currently applies K3 system in the process of financial data management.But now K3 system can not meet the needs of Chuangxin Laser for financial management,unified management mode and integration of finance and business.So it needs to apply the implementation of Oracle ERP to build a financial module,and use ERP to unify the management model of Chuangxin Laser,that unifying and standardizing the basic business model including finance,and establishing an information management system with business that can be copied,promoted and grown.After understanding the current status of the main business process management of Chuangxin Lasers financial business management,this paper determines the main needs of Chuangxin Laser's informatization finance,and initially forms an understanding of the informationization needs.The work of business blueprint design is discussed,the financial account book organization structure design is presented,the functional architecture is divided,the five functions are designed in detail,and the detailed design of the interface is completed.This paper discusses the process of document uploading and downloading of the company's financial data integration project,and describes the specific implementation interface about the functions of management modules such as accounts payable,accounts receivable,cost accounting,fixed assets,and general ledger.The discussion on testing and implementation work puts forward the design of the data standardization synchronization process.Finally,the difficulties and effects of the system's on-line implementation are summarized.The company's financial module implements five modules:accounts payable,accounts receivable,cost accounting,fixed assets,and general ledger management.Among them,accounts payable management realizes functions of new and merged suppliers,invoiced account,purchase payment,purchase prepayment,write-off prepayment and purchase refund.Accounts receivable management mainly includes functions of margin deduction loans,receivable system invoicing,sales return,accounts receivable,refunds receivable,write-offs,margin collection,and margin refund.The modules covered by cost accounting are standard cost management,work order closure,common query,and cost data transferring to the general ledger.The fixed assets module is divided into new assets,construction projects transferring to fixed assets,asset adjustment,operating discount,creation of accounting subject,and asset retirement.The general ledger management module is divided into journal entry,journal modification,journal posting,recurring journal,and foreign currency revaluation.The application of the financial module can combine the data management requirements of the financial data integration project of the upper and lower levels of the company,establish an effective and forward-looking management process,ensure the effective execution of the master data specification standard through collaboration and key node management and control,realize system integration and improve the management efficiency and data sharing consistency.
