The release of State Council’s new National Ten Measures provides powerful support for the development of Chinese insurance industry and promotes the rapid progress of insurance industry in China.Although the policy for insurance industry in China is preferential,it still faces severe competition,particularly the development of foreign capital insurance that forms adverse influence on Chinese insurance industry.Under the complex and varied completion,only by keeping developing can Chinese insurance industry maintain dominant position among the competition of domestic and foreign insurances.To construct the performance appraisal system suitable for company can help analyze advantages and shortcomings,enhance enterprise competitiveness,reinforce corporate operation ability and promote sustainable development.By means of researching domestic and overseas research achievements and taking A Insurance Company as example,this paper makes a field survey.Secondly,combining with the practical characteristics,it discovers that,the performance appraisal in A Insurance Company carries the problems such as unscientific system,unsound system and inaccurate positioning,which,based on analysis,are caused by the lack of technical guarantee,shortage of proper management system and absence of cognition of performance idea.Thirdly,it proposes the necessity of establishing AHP-FCE model in A Insurance Company.This paper selects performance index through the four dimensions of balanced score card to construct the model of multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analyze the advantages as well as shortcomings of A Insurance Company,which indicate that,the performance appraisal of this company is medium.In order to enable AHP-FCE to take effect in A Insurance Company’s performance appraisal,this paper proposes correlated safeguard measures.A Insurance Company shall reinforce performance concept cultivation,set up perfect performance appraisal system,and provide powerful technical guarantee.This paper aims to help and support the research on performance appraisal system in A Insurance Company. |
