Is a new century the era of globalization,as more and more foreign companies enter the Chinese market,state-owned enterprises also will face increasing competitive pressure,and human resources in the enterprise competition is competition in a dominant position,In particular,senior management of the enterprise is a top priority,they are the backbone of an enterprise,is the core,can say that they hold the fate of the entire enterprise,so the ability to recruit talented executives face tremendous competition for pressure on state-owned enterprises is very important.?M group as a rapid expansion of large chain enterprises,branch company at the helm of the work ability and leadership for the entire group of companies can quickly realize the scale of operation,it is essential.The concept of the enterprise talents job competency,combined with job analysis and taient assessment theory and method,M group,general manager of the post competency evaluation method has carried on the theoretical and practical study,and build the system of selecting talents,help group company from the existing human resources in selecting the right talent.The first part of this paper mainly introduces the current situation and development trend of talent assessment technology,introduces the evolution process of talent evaluation,and puts forward the development trend of talent evaluation according to the process.The second part introduces the commonly used evaluation types,methods and theoretical evaluation,mainly to introduce the main evaluation methods;The third part analyzes the problems existing in the talent evaluation of M group,and puts forward some measures to improve it;The fourth part is the focus of this paper,in view of the application of post competency assessment in enterprises,the establishment of the general manager position competency model and evaluation system of M group;The last,Analysis of the implementation details of the evaluation system and guarantee measures.TIn this paper,the conclusion is put forward,through the work of the analysis,the establishment of post competency model,and the use of scientific evaluation methods,to build a branch of the general manager of the personnel evaluation system.It is also pointed out that with enterprises of human resources management of Kuang,talent assessment will be in the enterprise get more and better application.
