Financial Performance Analysis Of Retail Entity Developing To E-commerce

With the rapid development of e-commerce,the retail entity to get rid of slow growth or decline in performance problems,have tried to share with electricity supplier.Suning Appliance as a forerunner,beginning in 2011 develop to e-commerce strategies,how its strategic transformation specific performance problem is industry-wide concern.Based on the physical transformation of the retail electricity provider to sort out the relevant literature on e-business transformation of Suning Appliance financial performance were analyzed and evaluated in order to find the transition problems in the industry and other enterprises to provide inspiration.In this paper,case analysis and comparative analysis,the use of EVA evaluation system and model Higgins financial performance before and after the five-year transition Suning Appliance e-commerce analysis.The analysis found that,after the transition of e-commerce Suning Appliance's financial performance in a downward trend,but the development of capacity within the appropriate range,indicating that the transition to the enterprise has brought a certain amount of room for development in the long run conducive to enterprise development.After the financial performance since Suning Appliance transformation analysis,we believe Suning Appliance cash poor financial performance,but with some room for development,in line with the development trend of the industry in the right direction,but the process of transformation of a certain decline in financial performance attention should be paid.Suning Appliance in this case based on the analysis,the paper industry level considering that the entity should be found for the retail restructuring innovative model for their own development,the establishment of a complete industrial chain,with the economies of scale to achieve cost reduction effect,while the transition process should be always pay attention to changes in the financial indicators,to avoid serious financial risk.
