Selection Of Logistics Service Outsouring Providers In A Park

Since twenty one centuries,the logistics industry is in the period of the best policy.The Chinese government mainly divided logistics industry policy direction into three stages.Before 1970,planned economy era,at this stage the concept of logistics has just been introduced into the domestic and domestic market is not fully open,so most of the logistics companies are in the state of monopoly.From 1970 to 1980,the domestic market changed greatly,the government also released a series of policies to allow private capital to enter the logistics industry,for example,open road freight market access.However,the government did not introduce new relevant industry norms and policies and guiding programs,so the logistics industry in this period developed slatternly.In twenty-first Century,the world economic integration accelerated,the development of China's economy developed rapidly,the increasingly demand of domestic logistics,the central government began to focused on the logistics industry.Since 2001,the National People's Congress introduced the development of modern logistics industry into the Tenth Five-Year Plan which issued a series of policies to rectify the logistics industry,promoted the development of the logistics industry of the country continued,the policy provides a good background for nearly ten years of development of domestic logistics industry.In the background of this policy,some companies or organizations made their own logistics business outsourcing so that enhanced their comprehensive competitiveness.In the process of logistics outsourcing,there occurs the outsourcing of logistics services.As for the choice of logistics outsourcing providers is no longer a new topic,however,the study of domestic and foreign experts from all walks of life mainly pay more attention on the macro level than micro level research,even in a blank state.In this paper,by consulting the relevant information,analysis of the domestic and foreign logistics service outsourcing providers,and then introduced the concept and advantages of outsourcing and logistics service outsourcing,and then constructs the index system of logistics service outsourcing by questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and TOPSIS method,and combined with a Park cases,confirmed the feasibility of the index system.In the end,the paper gives some reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the selection of logistics outsourcing providers.
