Research On The Outsourcer Selection In Economy Hotel

When we decide to outsource, the choice of outsourcer is an extremely important aspect that will directly affect the effectiveness of outsourcing, which is the key to outsourcing success.This article first describes the situation on the development of China's economy hotels and gives an account of the research background of this topic, which leads to the strategic significance of study on economy hotel outsourcer selection.Next, we analyze and review the achievements which are related with our study. In order to make the reader have a clean understanding about the choice of hotels outsourcer, this article briefly explains the connotation of outsourcing and economy hotel,meanwhile, we analyzes the theoretical basis for studies of outsourcer selection. When we have a depth study of economy hotels'outsourcer selection, we first analyzed the basic steps of economy hotel outsourcer selection, and then we carried out a detailed explanation about the choice of evaluation index on economy hotel outsourcer selection. In order to complete the index system, this chapter made use of AHP method and expert scoring system to calculate the weights of indicators. Finally, we incorporated into an actual case to demonstrate the process of applying with the evaluation system built in our chapter.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction of the topic. The second part is to analyze the achievements, which had been done by the antecessors, and analyzes the theoretical basis for studies of outsourcer selection. The third component is to analyze the basic steps of economy hotel outsourcer selection, and carried out a detailed explanation about the choice of evaluation index on economy hotel outsourcer selection. The fourth part is to analyze and calculate the weights of evaluation index, based on the use of AHP method and expert scoring method. And with the combination of cases, we demonstrate the process of applying with the evaluation system built in our chapter briefly. The last part is a summary of the article put forward the innovation of this study points and shortcomings. The last part is the conclusion part of the article. We summarized the main findings of the article, as well as the innovation points and shortcomings of this study.
