At present,many domestic commercial banks will balance the scorecard as an important way of performance management,it is compared with other performance management methods,the advantage is that the financial indicators can focus on non-financial indicators,the two can be a comprehensive combination.With a common flexible,multi-angle considerations and other advantages.Highlighting the causal link between the overall strategy and the performance indicators.It is precisely because the Balanced Scorecard has a global character.Now,it has been adopted by most banks around the world,and the Balanced Scorecard is increasingly being studied and applied by many domestic commercial banks.In the last decade,gradually used in the global management practice.The Bank of S is a branch of a domestic commercial bank.Since 2010,it has been trying to apply the Balanced Scorecard to performance management.By 2015,S Bank has achieved some obvious results.But at the same time there have been some problems due to the end of the deposit index pressure "red point",underestimate the risk management caused by continued rise in non-performing assets and other issues.These problems and S bank performance assessment methods are not inseparable.Therefore,the effective improvement of the Balanced Scorecard for performance management is critical to the current S Bank.In this paper,S Bank as the research object,the main use of case analysis of research methods.Based on the theoretical framework of the Balanced Scorecard and the reality of the bank,the author analyzes the problems existing in the current performance appraisal of S Bank,according to the four problems of the Balanced Scorecard,and analyzes the current situation of the bank’s performance evaluation.Level,to find out the root causes of S bank problems,through the analysis found that S Bank there are balanced scorecard assessment indicators are imperfect,due to the end of the deposit pressure red point,the high rate of staff turnover.This paper analyzes the above problems in detail,combined with the specific reality of S Bank,in order to achieve a comprehensive and objective assessment of the overall performance of Bank S,in order to improve based on the Balanced Scorecard S Bank performance evaluation system provides a meaningful research and guidance,To improve the S bank’s market competitiveness.At the same time,the implementation of other similar banks in the future business performance evaluation system in theory and practice have a reference to the significance.
