All along,the economic efficiency of enterprises is the core of any enterprise,which is based on the performance of employees to achieve.Employee's job performance is easily influenced by the employee's psychology and attitude.Therefore,the satisfaction of employee welfare has been paid much attention by scholars.This research by scholars at home and abroad,theoretical analysis of welfare satisfaction model at home and abroad,the related theory and practice,and according to the practical experience,summed up in the work to the employees regularly provide the benefits will arouse the enthusiasm of the staff,in order to better into the work.Based on the results of previous studies,this paper explores the relationship between welfare satisfaction and job performance,and constructs a structural equation model based on two latent variables,job satisfaction and organizational commitment.Through the method of empirical research,this paper explores the relationship between employee satisfaction and job satisfaction of primary and secondary education and training institutions in city A.The research shows that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.Not only welfare satisfaction on the job performance of employees has a positive effect,but also job satisfaction and organizational commitment indirectly affect employee performance.Welfare satisfaction can influence organizational commitment and job satisfaction,job satisfaction directly and positively affect organizational commitment,satisfaction education and training industry organization school employee welfare system,has a direct impact on the relationship between the work attitude,also directly reflected in the work performance.This paper from the four aspects of quality,category,cost,value are put forward to improve the welfare satisfaction opinion: First,any enterprises should attach great importance to the welfare satisfaction,respect every member and understand their welfare needs,and as a leader will often communicate with employees,get feedbackfrom staff welfare satisfaction angle for welfare adjustment plan.Secondly,for the innovation of the existing welfare system,according to the design of flexible benefits,mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff work to a greater extent.Finally,as far as possible to keep workers involved in welfare management,so as to effectively solve the negative impact brought welfare satisfaction on job performance finally,improve the economic efficiency of enterprises..
