Application Of Lean Management In The Power Projects Of WH Company

At present, extensive management mode is still widely applied in the electric power engineering enterprises in China. Such management mode has been unable to meet the needs of current development of electric power projects. Therefore, the lean management application research must be conducted based on the current electric power projects under the premise of knowing the current electric power project construction and development, and suitable management strategies shall be put forward.This paper firstly describes the research background of lean management of electric power projects, then introduces the lean management research status at home and abroad and relevant theories, and then point out, taking WH Company as the research object, the issues existing with the electric power project management, and then specifically carries out the research of application of lean management in the project management of electric power enterprises, and, establishes the lean management system of WH Company, wherein the project planning and design lean management is implemented from planning scientific and rational processes and establishing project execution rights and obligations; procurement and supply lean management is conducted from optimizing the purchase processes and implementing supplier management; the project execution lean management is conducted from lean construction management, control of construction costs and construction risks; the project engineering lean management involves lean project quality management, lean project schedule management, and lean management of project material costs; The HR lean management is carried out from the lean training management and lean management of performance and salary. Finally, analysis is made on the basis of lean management results of electric power projects of WH Company, and the Company has achieved obvious results in the implementation of lean management in general, which demonstrates the operability and effectiveness of electric power project lean management, and provides a useful reference for the follow-up studies.
