Study Of Interface Behavior Management Of Contractor In Construction Project

In the process of urbanization,construction industry developed rapidly.With the new social needs,the construction of large-scale projects appeared more and more complicated.Not only the construction cycle was very long,investment became large,engineering increased complexity,but also every project participants were often numerous.The article studied the behavioral management of the contractor in construction projects,at the time of the handover of engineering interface,analyzed the causes of bad behavior and separated the behavior into a single contractor and more contractor collective bad behavior categories.In the research process,the artical applied behavioral theory of management especially the incentive theory and the method of hierarchy analysis.Tthrough the return value adjustment system,the implementation of the system controlled bad behavior and promoted the occurrence of good behavior.Finally,the article analyzed communication factor considering the communication management causal loop analysis,then established a communication management system,and maked actual recommendations of specific communication management implementation for engineering.
