In recent years,with the economic growth slowing down,more and more scholars have drawn attention to the quality of economic growth in Zhejiang.Based on these,this paper establishes a comprehensive index evaluation system and makes a statistical measurement of the quality of economic growth.In the end,the paper gives the evaluation of results in Zhejiang.First of all,this paper discusses background and significance of the research and gives an introduction to the study of quality of economic growth both at home and aboard.After this,the paper puts forward the innovations and shortcomings and introduces the framework.Secondly,the economic growth quality is defined as the quality of economic growth from the perspective of character of the national economy in the economic,social and environmental and many other aspects of the economic growth.The paper designs a multi-level index system including economic structure,economic efficiency,economic potential,economic welfare to reflect the quality of economic growth.Thirdly,the paper makes a statistical analysis on the basic influencing factors of the economic growth quality between Zhejiang and Guangdong.The principal component weighting method is used on basic indexes,and the entropy weighting method is used on aspects indexes.The paper shows that the quality of economic growth has improved significantly,but the process is not smooth,and the development of indicators is not balanced in all aspects.Finally,based on the present situation of economic growth quality in Zhejiang,this paper gives some suggestions,including optimizing the industrial,improving economic growth efficiency,increasing investment in science and technology,reducing environmental pollution and improving people's welfare.
