Research On The Countermeasures Of Improving The Competitiveness Of China's Service Trade

Since the reform and opening up,especially China's accession to WTO,Our economic system reform was pushing forward steadily and management mechanism of foreign trade made innovation continuously.China's foreign trade developed in a high-speed that driven the scale expansion and field broaden of service trade.China's service trade developed rapidly from 1982 to 2015 which accounts for the proportion of total foreign trade from 9.4% in 1982 to 11.4% in 2015,accounts for the proportion of international trading service from 0.6% in 1982 to 5.9% in 2015.China became the third power in service trade after the United States and Germany.However,the expansion of scale cannot cover up the weakness in competitiveness and the impact on industrial structure and economic structure was declining.According to statistics,the first deficit in service trade was in 1992 and kept 12 years except in 1994.China became the largest deficit country in 2013 in service trade.How to change the trade deficit to trade surplus? How to optimize the structure of service trade and increase the added value of industry? How to lead and drive sustainable and healthy development of foreign trade? Base on this background,this paper studies the competitiveness of China's service trade and explores the reasonable countermeasures for healthy and sustainable development of China's service trade in the new era.
