The international division of labor continues to deepen in today’s society,prompting countries to gradually expand the division of labor areas. Because of rapidexpansion in service industry, it had played a more important role in the nationaleconomy. The domination of trade in service had become the key words of modernworld wide industry. Though the proportion of service industry production had beenrising for years, China’s competitive in service trade is limited by its late start and therelative low quality.To do the study, started with the status of China’s competitive in service trade andthe factors which affect the competitive, the research uses13indices to build aevaluation system and evaluate the competitive from both qualitative and quantitativeaspects. The conclusion shows that from a global level, China’s competitive in servicetrade is comparatively weak and the emerging service trade is still in a less developedstage. Based on the conclusions above, the research lists several advise on the measuresto increase the service trade competitive. From the view of the market, the supply of theservice provided should be increased in both quality and quantity, and, the demand ofthe service should be stimulated. Large demand of the consume of service looks forhigh quality of supply, thus increase the overall level of the service which in turnincrease competitive of China’s trade in service. Seen from the industry, multinationalcompanies should increase their comparative advantage, actively keep looking for newmarkets in the world and promote the whole industry’s structure reform. As for thenation, the government should carry out a series of policy to help the development ofservice trade companies and make appropriate market orientation.Countermeasures mainly by raising the level of China’s financial services tradecompetitiveness, thereby stimulating the overall level of competitiveness of servicetrade, optimize and upgrade the level of international competitiveness of the servicetrade in China.
