Research On The Competitiveness Of China's Emerging Service Trade

Today's international trade structure is undergoing profound changes,and service trade is becoming the protagonist of the trade economy.Especially developed countries regard knowledge and technology-intensive emerging service trade as the main means of developing foreign trade.Developing countries also regard emerging service trade as an important way to upgrade their domestic trade.In comparison,although the scale of China's service trade is constantly expanding,its overall competitiveness is insufficient,and emerging service trade is even less competitive.With the rapid development of China's economy,the scale of emerging service trade is gradually expanding,and the proportion of China's service trade is also increasing year by year,but its competitiveness has not been significantly improved.Therefore,studying the competitiveness of emerging service trade has become an important key point concerning China's foreign trade development prospects.This article takes the competitiveness of China's emerging service trade as the research theme and conducts research on the development of China's emerging service trade,the international status of competitiveness and the influencing factors of competitiveness,in order to provide a theoretical basis for enhancing the competitiveness of China's emerging service trade.The research arrangement is as follows: First,comb the current situation of China's emerging service trade,and select the United States and India for comparative analysis based on the two perspectives of economic aggregate and economic structure,so as to clarify the development status of China's emerging service trade,and The necessity and urgency of its development.Secondly,using the index evaluation method,five indicators including international market share,trade competitiveness index,export structure competitiveness index,explicit comparative advantage index and net export explicit comparative advantage index were selected to comparatively analyze The situation of international competitiveness,and summed up its problems in development and its advantages and disadvantages.Once again,using BPM6 data from 1982 to 2018,based on Michael Porter's diamond theory,and establishing a VAR model,the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of China's emerging service trade competitiveness from a static and dynamic perspective.The results of the study show that: human capital,employment in the tertiary industry,per capita national income,scale of trade in goods,openness of emerging service trade,and foreign direct investment have a significant impact on the development of China's emerging service trade,especially human capital,and urbanization at this stage The impact of the rate and service industry development level is not significant.Finally,based on the results of the study,policy recommendations to improve the competitiveness of China's emerging service trade are put forward.
