| As a scarce resource in the process of social production,land plays a key role in the sustained and healthy development of society and economy.With the rapid development of social economy,China’s urbanization process is accelerating,the construction of the land and the protection of the material needs of the contradiction between the sharp,the land supply and demand is becoming increasingly serious.At the same time,the city within a large number of idle,inefficient use of land,urban land use immature.Under the above background,in addition to stick to the "system of cultivated land and basic farmland protection red line",to use the way of city construction is optimized,sufficient to increase the internal potential of city land,the intensive use of land saving way for the healthy and rapid development of the city to provide protection.In this paper,the urban construction land intensive evaluation model is established by using the entropy weight-TOPSIS method as the core evaluation scheme,and the intensive level of urban construction land in Rizhao City is evaluated and analyzed,and the obstacle factors that affect the urban construction land intensive level.This paper analyzes and studies the present situation of intensive land use in Rizhao City,and puts forward more specific suggestions and measures based on the related research results.The results by relevant theoretical analysis and empirical research results show that:(1)In the past 10 years,the intensive level of urban construction land in Rizhao City has been improved.From the evaluation results of the index layer,the intensive use level of urban construction land has fluctuated,but the overall trend is increasing.(2)Through the horizontal comparison of the four criterion layers(land intensity,land use intensity,land output and sustainability)selected in this paper,the intensification level of the four criterion layers has increased;the land intensity of the four indicators,land output and sustainable degree are maintained to enhance the state,indicating that urban development and construction investment has achieved good results,and reflect the intensity of land use indicators continue to decline,the constraints of land intensive use.(3)Through the results of land use obstacle diagnosis,it shows that the first obstacle factors are different,but can be divided into three stages.The main obstacle factors in the first stage are from land investment,the second stage green coverage and the per capita green area and other indicators reflect the livability of the city is the primary obstacle to the impact of intensive use factors,the third phase of Rizhao City,urban construction land intensive use of the primary obstacle to land use intensity.Through a series of research and argumentation,we can see that the intensive level evaluation model based on entropy weight-TOPSIS method has strong operability,and the evaluation result is highly reliable,which can reflect the influence degree of each evaluation index on the evaluation object objectively.At the same time,the entropy weight-TOPSIS method can effectively reflect the dynamic evaluation on the time series of a single study area,which can make up the deficiency of other evaluation schemes in dynamic evaluation and effectively expand the evaluation object. |
