Research On Evaluation Of County-level Urban Land Intensive Utilization

Under the current situation of many people and little land, intensive utilization of land, a reasonable way of land using, has become an inevitable choice of land development of our country. Accordingly, it has extremely important theoretical and realistic significance to evaluate the degree of intensive land utilization, establish the relevant standards of urban land use as well as research countermeasures to improve intensive utilization.Based on a thorough understanding of the present research at home and abroad, this thesis discusses the purpose and significance, research object and methods, and technical route of launching the evaluation of intensive utilization of urban land; the connotation of intensive utilization of urban land, the principle, the related theoretical basis and basic principle of entropy method are inclusive. With detailed study of current land use status of Changsha county and Leiyang city by collection of relevant raw data, the author established the evaluation index according to the actual situation and respectively evaluated the intensive utilization of land in Changsha county and built area of Leiyang city by entropy method. The results show that in both Changsha county and Leiyang city the degree of intensive utilization of land shared a rising trend between 2005 to 2009, and both are above a basic intensive degree, among which the two areas have risen rapidly since 2007, and extended to a more intensive and the most intensive degree separately in 2009.According to the analysis of results of evaluation, it is concluded that the influence of all indexes to the land intensive degree and in allusion to the problem of land intensive use in Changsha county and Leiyang city, this thesis give its countermeasures in six aspects about establish land use assessment mechanism; draw up reasonable city plans; increase the land use economic efficiency; make the land use management system strictly enforced; make energetic efforts to develop the economy; standard government behavior forward firmly to realize land intensive utilization.
