| With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and the ability of independent innovation has.become the soul of economic growth.Moreover,as"improve the independent innovation ability and build innovative country"became the most important development strategy for China,independent innovation ability has became one of key points to test core competency of a company.In addition to the need to improve the ability of independent innovation,rapid structure,organization structure adjustment strategy,promote environmental adaptation ability,optimize the allocation of resources,improve the existing operating mode,the enterprise survival and development also need to adopt the mode of the team.And many high-tech enterprises in our country for technology more attention than the attention to internal management,in fact,many studies have shown that key to core competitiveness lasting more lies in the enterprise soft power of the team as enterprise basic unit affected the enterprise’s soft power.Therefore,how to match the team goals and enterprise target height,and maximize the capacity for independent innovation for the core competitiveness is the key to the promoting function of enterprise performance,team incentive mechanism become an important part of the enterprise managers take lightly.By comparative case study method in the analysis,the integration of existing scholar research results by comparison with the selected case company public data to measure the independent innovation ability,and on the basis of the balanced scorecard model for the performance analysis of two case companies.By contrast,the study found the key to measure whether the enterprise independent innovation ability indicators,the increase of r&d,patent does not necessarily lead to improve business performance.Capacity for independent innovation into core competitiveness depends on height and collaboration between team and efficient internal operation process,and the team is able to stimulate staff enthusiasm,enhance the cohesive force,the team individual utility maximization,achieve efficient operation of the internal operation process,so as to turn our capacity for independent innovation as the core competitiveness,finally have actively promoting effects on business performance. |
