Pvverty Alleviation And Development Model To Explore The Social Work Intervention Parish

To eliminate poverty,improve people's livelihood and achieve common prosperi ty is the essential requirement of socialism and an important mission of our Party.Chi na,as the world's largest developing country,accounts for about 19 percent almost on e-fifth of the world's population.In the past,for a long period of time,due to many re asons,poverty has been a troubling issue hindering the development of China's societ y.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949,especially since the i mplementation of the reform and opening-up policy in the late 1970s,in the process o f economic and social development,the government has been carrying out planned,organized,large-scale,developmental poverty alleviation work,and has resulted i n a significant reduction in the number of the poor in our country and has achieved re markable results so far.In order to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in China by 2020,to s olve the problem of poverty alleviation for the over 55 million poor people still prese nt in our country,aiming at our country's current concept of innovatie-social governa nce and the national policy of poverty alleviation,this paper focuses on the pastoral a rea as our research field,treats poverty alleviation and development as the object of s tudy,uses social-work as an intervention instrument,actively explore the social-wor k intervention model of pastoral poverty alleviation and development.In order to ac hieve the purpose of the study,the author collected a large number of relevant domest ic and foreign literatures at the begining,at the same time,consulted the official statis tics of the many levels of government,summarizes the relevant research,finds out th e advantages and vacancies of the current research,clarifies where the study should b e further explored.Then,the author systematically and thoroughly summarizes the i mportant stages and relevant policies of the country's and Inner Mongolia Autonomo us Region's poverty alleviation work,implement a top-level design and macro point o f view to grasp the government's starting point and perspective on treating poverty,th en combine the latter field investigation,compare the situation of policy implementati on,analyze the shortcomings of a government-based poverty alleviation model,in o rder to find ways that social-work intervien.Next,the author,together with other pas toral social-work researchers,went to the investigation site to carry out a field investi gation that lasted more than half a month,we tried to understand the pastoral povert y problem in reality,analyzed the causes of pastoral poverty,explored the social-wor k models to solve the poverty of pastoral areas,at the same time,start from the social-work profession point of view,position the role of the social-work involvement,exp lain the professional force social-work should play,and construct the mode of social-work involvement.Finally,the author hopes to form a pastoral poverty alleviation model that is orie nted around government poverty alleviation work,plays into the advantages of the so cial-work profession,mobilizes the participating social forces for resource integratio n,and regard social forces as the main participants,in order to help move forward Ch ina's poverty alleviation cause.
