Research On Precise Poverty Alleviation Policies In Tibetan Pastoral Areas

Poverty is a worldwide problem,poverty is caused by economic,social,cultural,ethnic,political,geographical conditions and other factors caused.In China,poverty is mainly concentrated in the western region,mostly in rural areas or pastoral areas,especially in the Tibetan Plateau,the most serious agricultural and pastoral areas.Poverty alleviation is a research hotspot that solves poverty.It uses scientific and effective procedures to implement accurate identification,precise help and precise management of poverty alleviation,so it has a very good effect on poverty eradication.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of poverty alleviation work in Tibet agriculture and pastoral areas and analyzes the current policy of poverty alleviation in Tibet.At the same time,the B town of B County in Tibet as a specific entry point for in-depth investigation and study,analysis of its poverty status,policy implementation and obstacles to the cause and other issues.Sichuan Province and Tibet agriculture and pastoral areas have some similarities,so this paper analyzes the current policy of poverty alleviation in Sichuan Tibetan areas and the problems encountered,and talk about the situation with the present situation of Tibet pastoral areas.Through a variety of theoretical analysis,this paper concludes with a number of recommendations for the urgent poverty alleviation in Tibet.
