Study On The Countermeasures Of New Urbanization And Economic Coordinated Development In Zigong

With the rapid development of urbanization process,the land,capital,environment,employment,security,public services and other issues have become increasingly prominent.Sichuan Province of the tenth Party Congress put forward:to balancing urban and rural development,industrial integration,should be livable,intensive and highly efficient,environment friendly as the core,firmly go new town development path construct coordination of economy,environment,resources,population and social pattern of urbanization.Zigong City is located in the center of South Sichuan urban agglomeration,superior location,is south of Chengdu Chongqing economic circle at the center of the city,urbanization rate from 2000 28.37%increase to 2014 46.62%,from the figures,it seems that the urbanization construction grades are good,but in fact,the quality of Urbanization is not high.The new town of as the focus of the future economic development of Zigong,shouldering in 45 planning fully completed the historical task of well-off society.Therefore,and future trends of research of Zigong City new urbanization coordinated development of economy and the relationship between,on based on thecharacteristics of the social economic development of Zigong,grasp the law of development,clarify the development of ideas,enhance the Zigong industrial strength of economic development,strengthening the foundation for economic development,in promoting new urbanization process,release the potential of domestic demand,relying on excellent carrier,to promote the social transformation of the economy has a very important theoretical significance.In this paper,through analysis of the status of the Zigong City in the new town construction,starting from the coordinated development of urbanization and economy,through the construction of the urban system and economic system evaluation index system,using statistical yearbook data,using dimensionless and entropy method,through the coordination degree model to calculate and analyze the Zigong City from 1990 to 2014 urban construction achievements,coordination of urbanization and economic development and to the statistical data of 2014 as the foundation,contrast surrounding the city of urbanization and economic development coordination,comprehensive analysis of Zigong City in the new urbanization and economic coordinated development related factors.Finally,from five aspects of rational planning,industrial layout,environmental protection,infrastructure construction,completion of institutional mechanisms and other aspects,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and economy in Zigong city.
