Study On Urbanization Development Of Chengdu Based On Coordination Development Of Urban And Rural Area

During the conversion from barbarism to civilization tribe to state,internal development to opening development, urbanization is an inevitable process and a socio-economic phenomenon. And the history of social development has proved that the more developed the higher level of urbanization, urbanization has become a symbol of social civilization. To achieve a long-term,sustainable,fast growth, China must promote the process of urbanization under the basis of the industrialization. But with the further pushing ahead of industrialization and urbanization, social economic structure has shown the coexistence of modern industry and traditional agriculture. This structure will lead the gap between urban and rural become wider, and it is also a serious problem which obstacle social construction. Seventeenth Central Committee of the Fifth Plenary Session has issued the document which named《The Recommendations of National Economy and Social Development for Twelfth Five-Year Plan》. In this document government has suggested that we should develop rural,agriculture and farmer when promote the process of urbanization and industrialization. So develop urbanization under the background of coordination development of urban and rural area is necessary. The coordination development of urban and rural area need the support of urbanization, the urbanization can not be separated from the coordination development of urban and rural area; there is a long-tem effective simulative relationship between them.How to promote the process of urbanization under the background of coordination development of urban and rural area is an important issue which we must solve urgently when develops national economy and social development. As an important central city in western China, Chengdu has the responsibility of exploring the way of coordination development of urban and rural area, and it is also responsibility to promote the process of urbanization. Learn form Chengdu's experience,model and implement a new way of urbanization which is adapt to the situation of China have an important political and practical significance. On the basis of exploring urbanization's related theories, this paper has analyzed Chengdu's urbanization development, proposed the strategic framework,developing ideas,building goals,institution arrangements and Specific measures of urbanization in Chengdu under the background of coordination development of urban and rural area, extracted the model of Chengdu's urbanization.The framework of this paper is organized as follows:Chapter 1:Introduction. This part is mainly introduced background,purpose,significance,key ideas,difficulties,innovations and research methods. And this part is devoted to exploring its related theories.Chapter 2:The theoretical basis of this paper. By analyzed the meaning of urbanization,coordination development of urban and rural area, we can know that there is a close relationship between them. And this part also thinks that to promote the process of urbanization under the background of coordination development of urban and rural area will be more conducive to social harmony.Chapter 3:A review of Chengdu's urbanization development.In this part the paper evaluated the results achieved in Chengdu by quantitative and qualitative methods, and summarized the characteristics of current operating in Chengdu's urbanization development.Chapter 4:The serious problems and constraints which Chengdu is facing with when develop urbanization. The focus is to develop industry, we should develop the second and the third industries in urban area, develop agriculture in rural area. The core is to develop modern agriculture. The development of rural is beneficial for the coordination development of urban and rural area. The task of urbanization under the background of coordination development of urban and rural area is to establish a new social economic structure. Urban economic structure is mainly composed by modern industries and services; rural economic structure is mainly composed by modern agriculture and characteristic town.
