Study On The Quality And Safety Of Tea In China

China is the first country to find and drink tea in the world.As early as 3000 years ago our ancestors began to grow and use of tea.Along with our country residents' living standard continuous improvement,our health care consciousness are also growing.Healthy tea has become the people daily life one of indispensable important components.Because of the news media in recent years,the tea quality and safety issues are frequently exposed,The tea quality and safety problems which can influence people' s health were particularly concerned,especially tea products without marks of origin,rare earth overweight,pesticide residues,over-standard heavy metals,harmful microorganisms,non-tea bodies and a series of problems,making tea quality and safety problems become more and more prominent.This paper discussed the current situation of the tea characteristics of Beijing Maliandao blocks,based on the governance in the public management theory,government regulation theory,the status quo of governance to maliandao tea quality and safety problems,the exist questions have been studied based on the thorough analysis,and draw lessons from a large number of advanced experience of food quality and safety supervision in foreign cuntries by means of literature research,normative study method,case study method,such as research tools,in combination with Maliandao tea quality based on the practice of safety management,perfect optimization Beijing Maliandao tea quality and safety problems,put forward the control path selection.Specifically as follows:The first part introduces the Beijing Maliandao tea quality safety management of the background,significance,research ideas and research methods.In the second part,the paper should be based on the governance of public management theory,government regulation theory,game theory are analyzed in theory,the theory foundation for the article solidifying.At the same time both at home and abroad,the tea food quality and safety problems of governance research status are introduced.The third part mainly analyzes Beijing Maliandao tea safety quality based on the current situation of safety management.The fourth part explores the current problems in tea quality of safety management.In the fifth part,foreign food quality and safety supervision are analyzed,which provides the reference basis for the countermeasures to tea quality and safety problems in the content below.The sixth part puts forward the optimized Beijing Maliandao tea quality and safety problems governance path selection.
