| After China joining the WTO,competition among domestic tobacco industrial companies became more and more fierce,and in the meantime,foreign tobacco groups strongly impact China’s tobacco market.Management mode of tobacco industrial companies is continuouslychanging.In this brand new situation,tobacco industrial companies can only win a place among huge competition via closely following trend of time,developing management innovation and program innovation,improving product quality and market response speed,reducing manufacturing cost and enhance overall manufacturing capability.Tobacco materials,as raw materials closely related to tobacco production,play an extremely crucial role in tobacco production.Quality stability and delivery capability are one of the important control points of tobacco production and quality of tobacco industrial companies.This thesis,by considering actual condition of industry and company,studies project management knowledge,applies project management knowledge to manage and control the whole process of the quality forward management project,reasonably allocating and utilizing limited resources within project,shortening project duration,and reducing project risks.In order to make implementation planning roadmap,this essay applies DMAIC process model methodology of 6 Sigma quality management,together with quality tools including process SPC and fishbone diagram,to make sure project implementation and project quality and maximize tobacco materials IQC model,to realize transformation from result-oriented management to origin-oriented management,to improve tobacco materials quality stability and production quality,to improve production response speed,to reduce cost,and to improve market competitiveness of tobacco products. |
