With China's socialist construction and reform unceasingly thorough, the traditional human resource management model is no longer applicable to the needs of enterprise development, more and more enterprises realize under the environment of fierce market competition and the internal and external management pressure increases,to carry out internal reform and innovation, promote the formation of their own sustainable development model has been widely recognized, and human resource management of high performance development can provide an inexhaustible driving force for the enterprise.This article uses the theory and practical application, the method of literature review, the theory of performance management, in the presence of TG investment company original performance management and performance assessment methods based on the analysis of the problems, according to the inherent requirement of performance management and advanced concepts, by questionnaire, on the different levels of staff to carry out interviews and other methods and the use of modern human resources management theory, carries on the design to the performance management system of TG investment company. The design of this system is designed to allow employees to raise awareness of their own work, effectively identify and solve their needs to be improved in the work place, increase innovation, improve work efficiency and improve the company and passion, the whole team cohesion and core competitiveness in the same industry to enhance company.This paper carries out the research from the following aspects of the thesis: the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, research methods,ideas and performance management at home and abroad and the development of the situation, the second part is the basic theory of performance management, including performance management theories and methods of performance management, such as the 360 degree assessment method, the key performance index (KPI), the third part introduces the current situation and major problems of development of TG investment company industry market background and existing in performance management. The fourth part in view of the above problems, this article from the perspective of the strategic objectives of the company, put forward the improvement idea, the performance management of the fifth part, this paper focuses on the performance evaluation system,evaluation index system and guarantee system of three aspects of the performance management system design, the sixth part, the article evaluated according to the TG investment company new performance management system design specific, and on how to embody the managers pay more attention to the performance management and feasible performance appraisal standards and truly motivate growth to explain.
