Reserch On The Development Of Rural Financial Management Informatization In Sanming City

As a large agricultural country,agriculture is the foundation of our country.In recent years,with China's rapid economic development,the process of building a new socialist countryside is constantly being pushed forward,and functions of collective organizations of a village are increasing.Meanwhile,the contradictions and disputes in the rural financial management are also increasing,which leads to the intensification of the financial burden of the government,the waste of resources,and the increase of farmers' burden.These contradictions and disputes seriously restrict the development of rural economy and social stability and harmony.Therefore,financial management informationization is particularly important,as it play a positive role in promoting and guiding the standardization of countryside funding management,the close relationship between cadres and masses,and the publication of the collective public affairs as well.It has become the basis of the orderly development of rural financial management.Firstly,the research background of the rural financial management informationization development was expounded.The paper analyzed the research on rural financial management informationization,expounding the research ideas and methods,and put forward the research objectives and characteristics.Secondly,starting from the theoretical connotation of rural financial management and informationization,the paper analyzed the vital functions of rural financial management informationization under the background that network is rapidly developing.The rural financial management informationization play a significant role in the standardization of rural financial management,the improvement of work efficiency,the avoidance of collective asset losses,the safeguard of interests of farmers,and promoting rural social harmony and stability.As a research object,counties of Sanming City was studied in this paper,the method of investigation and interview was used in this study,probed into the status of the development of rural financial management informatization.The achievements obtained that some problems existing in the development of rural financial management information system in this City.The result is:(1)The village finance agency and rural financial computer network monitoring system,which was the two aspects,analyzed the present development situation of rural financial management informatization in Sanming City,and summarizes the Sanming City rural financial management information construction.(2)The problems in the process of rural financial management information construction in Sanming City are discussed.The aspects of the rural financial information management team,the construction fund guarantee and the phenomenon of information isolated island were investigated.(3)This paper analyzes the reasons of restricting the development of rural financial management informatization in Sanming City from the aspects of economy,policy,network technology and leadership.(4)The countermeasures to promote the construction of rural financial information in Sanming City are put forward,which strengthen the understanding of the importance of rural financial management information,strengthen the construction of rural financial management personnel and ensure the investment of funds.
