Study On The Problems And Contermeasures Of Financial Management Informationization In Group Enterprise

With the coming of knowledge era, and the world within the scope of enterprise competition environment growing, fast judgment and decision-maki-ng ability, sensitive business sense and market response speed is the enterprise survival and the development important foundation. Group enterprises as the backbone of China’s economic development, must be grasped the nettle, to arm themselves with information, for our country in the world economic stage to start a slice of heaven and earth. Financial management informationization, however, as a group, the core content of enterprise information construction in its theoretical construction and practical application there are still some problems to be solved. Therefore, it is necessary for us to carding the basic theory of financial management information, from the group enterprise financial management present situation of the application of informatization in our country, analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures research.Financial management informationization is the tool of financial manage-ment innovation and modernization, between it and accounting information is dependent on the data and functional independence, throughout the enterprise information in a position of control and decision support. In general, group enterprise financial management informatization construction situation in our country is uneven, most enterprises is still in its infancy. Through case analysis, found that financial management informationization application problem focuses on the trace in the information query functions, financial management and management process of low fit depth, lack of comprehensive budget management control and variance analysis, the finance decision support causes information overload, etc.The main reason for the above problems is that informationization of financial administration in the course of the construction of the group enterprise lack of highly integrated and shared information support, the management processes and business process design alignment is not high, can’t meet the diversified and personalized information needs. In the face of these problems, the author thinks that solve the problem of information integration and sharing, first of all, to implement the enterprise group’s online management mode, and through the bidirectional, dynamic information feedback mechanism support centralized financial management platform. Through the establishment of group enterprise capital management based on management process system of optimal allocation of funds, through a comprehensive budget management and budget variance analysis of "drill down" to achieve the purpose of control. In addition, in order to realize the effective integration of information systems and intelligent analysis, the introduction of business intelligence in financial management informationization providing useful decision information.This paper innovation points and the main work includes three aspects of content.
