Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Financial Management Informationization In The Chinese Industrial Enterprise

Financial management informationization is an important aspect of enterprises management informationization.Only an enterprise achieved financial management informationization can possess the efficient financial management of operating mechanism, so as to continuously enhance the level of financial affairs management and accelerate the pace of development,then make it an invincible position in the fierce competition of markets.The theory and practice of industrial enterprises has a representative character in financial management,the basic of the financial management of industrial enterprises as well as financial accounting system is perfect. as the cornerstone of financial management informationization, industrial enterprises accounting informationization theory and practice development in China has been 30 years of history, it has accumulated much valuable experience, and our country's earliest management information system was introduced in the industrial manufacturing enterprises.Therefore, take the problems and countermeasues as research objects will have a reference and positive function to promote the financial management informationization of modern enterprise.This paper investigated the problems and countermeasues of financial management informationization using theoretical analysis, empirical research of information system,and case analysis methods.firstly, the paper analyzed the problems of financial management informationization,and then it elaborated countermeaures to improve and strengthen financial management informationization, on the basis,it designed a management information system model,which based on the ideas of integration of financial affairs and transactions,financial data mining and extensible business reporting language.Through the problems and countermeasures'research of chinese industrial enterprises' financial management informationization and the construction process of financial management information system model, the paper tried to discuss the approach and method of enhance the level of modern enterprises financial management in china.
