The Case Analysis Of Financial Informationization In D Port

With entering into WTO of our country, port group must speed up the process of informationization to improve international competitiveness and management level. Financial management is core of enterprise management. Promote vigorously enterprise financial management informationization, not only help to strengthen their internal financial management and monitoring of funds, so as to enhance efficiency in the use of funds and the achievement of risk control, but also to enhance their core competitiveness, and have very important strategic significance on actively participating in international competition.In this thesis, we analyzes financial informationization of D port group deeply by case study method. Many problems exits in the internal of D port which need to solve urgently such as lower quality financial information, out of control of financial capital management, unsatisfied financial management. This thesis discusses these problems from the connotation of financial information, information technology and ERP theory, business process reengineering and other aspects, finds the reasons of problems, proposes the solutions that takes up centralized financial management model, Reengineers the financial management process ,designs financial management information system structure that contain three-tier: supervision and control, financial management, business executives; introduces the concrete implementation method and steps by combining the practical situation.This study shows that financial information system is a powerful tool to improve the efficiency of enterprise management. However, the financial informationization is not a technical problem of financial department, but a long-term planning from the Group of the overall situation and is a systems engineering under the guidance of advanced management thought, which is combined with technology and human. In this paper, starting from the enterprise management, combines financial informationization and financial management and finds an effective way of financial informationization by case study.
