Study Of The Administrative Institutions Of Financial Management Information Construction

Nowadays, the modern information technology, represented as network,computer and so on, made a great and profound influence on the financial management of public institution. With China's financial system reform and the new public finance system gradually being established, public institutions focused on information system construction for financial management to meet the requirements of e-government and improve the efficiency in the use of fiscal funds. Therefore, this paper uses method research and case study to debate on the financial management of public institution. Based on the practical experience, the author brought forth a implement scheme to raise a team for information financial management.Since 1980s, the financial management of Chinese public institution has experienced three developments. From the initial phase to local management phase, the integration of e-government and the financial management has been finished. Based on the practical experience of my unit, I will present and analyze the existing problems of the finical management of public institution and put forward Suggestion about how to improve the financial management.
