The research is supported by the fund of Basic Scientific Research of China Central Colleges of China University of Mining & Technology (No.2009QZ08). The paper makes a forecast of constitutes of energy categories in China by application of ARIMA of econometrics and the result shows that coal will be the main energy in the long future life which makes the clean use of coal particularly important. The interrelation between carbon dioxide emissions, energy consumption and economic growth is analyzed by qualitative and quantitative method and the results show that the energy conservation will not result in a lower level of GDP while reduction of pollutant emissions will result in a reduction of energy consumption and energy saving and pollutant emissions reduction will not hold back economic development, on the contrary it will bring opportunities for economic development because Energy-saving and environmental protection industry is forming a new economic growth point. The paper makes a research of the static and dynamic influential mechanism of energy system and its influential factors and their shot-term variance and long-term equilibrium and the result is that economic growth and energy consumption per unit GDP have greater influence than other factors have. The early warning model of energy system is established using set-pair analysis in system engineering and fuzzy theory which proves a new idea for early warning of energy security.
