Lean Management comes from the Lean Production and it is an efficient management model on based on the sublimation and promotion of Lean Production.Lean Management pursuits continuous improvement through the optimization of resources allocation and business process in every detail,and emphasizes process management and detail management.It encourages continuous improvement of benefits achieving capacity and core competitiveness,depending on the change of internal and external environment.But now there is little about the analysis of Lean Management driving force and the evaluation method of it.This thesis analyzes the influencing factors of the Lean Management implement in the enterprise,called Lean Management Drivers.According to this,this thesis puts forward a practicable evaluation method of Lean Management Drivers.Induce all kinds of Lean Management Drivers from eight levels,namely manager,shareholder,internal staff,customer,competitor,upstream and downstream enterprise,the public,government,this thesis establishes the Index System of Lean Management Drivers Evaluation on the basis of the DEMATEL theory.Then this thesis proposes the Lean Management Drive Strength Evaluating Method based on fuzzy nearness,and evaluates a few enterprises using this method.The proposition of the Lean Management Drive Strength Evaluating Method provides the possibility to evaluate the Lean Management and a basis for managers to promote Lean Management.This thesis evaluates the Lean Management driving strength of some enterprises,according to the Lean Management Drive Strength Evaluating Method.The result is basically consistent with the fact,and the result proves that the method has a strong scientific and practical.
