Management innovation plays a crucial role in today's circumstance.Although there are thousands of management innovation methods,lean management is obviously different from other methods.Lean management derives from Toyota Production System(TPS).It has helped enterprises to change their developmental trajectories during the past few decades.Lean management can help enterprises to improve the level of management,and this can be proved by thousands of typical successful cases.Lean management is considered as one method of management innovation.The thesis focuses on the driving mechanism and key technology of management innovation in the lean management implementation.Its main contents and contributions are shown as follows:(1)The thesis analyzes the importance of the enterprise management innovation qualitatively.And then,the thesis constructs a quantitative model in order to calculate the contribution of management innovation to an enterprise.The result indicates that the average contribution of management innovation to the total innovation benefits is about 80% without considering the interaction of management innovation and technical innovation.In other words,management innovation is more important to the enterprise than technical innovation.And the thesis can also obtain the conclusion that lean management plays an important role in management innovation.(2)People are selected as the main factor that influences the effects of lean management implementation.The case study method is used to analyze the driving factor of the enterprise management innovation based on lean management,from the perspectives of internal and external impeller.The thesis uses cases of four enterprises who implement lean management to improve their management innovation,including FAW Car,China International Marine Containers,Junlebao and Tianjin General Water to analyze the main driving factors of management innovation based on lean management.Main factors are obtained through analyzing,which impeller actuates senior managers,middle managers,junior managers,and basic production personnel to implement management innovation,who are considered as the driven people.And,main factors are obtained through analyzing,what senior managers,middle managers,junior managers and basic production personnel actuate enterprise implement management innovation,whose are considered as the driving people.In addition,main factors are obtained through analyzing,what external impellers implement enterprise management innovation.(3)Based on the analysis of driving factors,the thesis constructs a mathematic model using the theory method of dynamic game,which is utilized to analyze the mechanism of action between internal impellers and external impellers in the process of lean management implementation.Meanwhile,the case study method is used to analyze the action mechanism,which lean management brings to eight kinds contents of enterprise management innovation.Based on the above two mechanisms,the thesis proposes the driving mechanism model of enterprise management innovation.(4)The driving strength brought by internal and external impellers is different in five processes of management innovation at each stage of lean management implementation.The thesis constructs the evaluation index systems of driving strength using the text data mining method and proposes the evaluation method of driving strength based on fuzzy set theory.The index systems and evaluation method are used to analyze the case enterprise.The effectiveness is verified,and the driving strength model of management innovation based on lean management is constructed for the case enterprise through the analysis results.(5)The thesis proposes key technology of management innovation based on lean management,which includes the aspects of internal and external impellers,and the methods for selecting lean management tools.Given the methods for selecting lean management tools,this thesis uses the improved VIKOR method to develop a lean management tools selection model that is able to avoid the limitations of using the same set of evaluation criteria to measure all alternative tools.The selection model is not sensitive to the coefficient of the selection mechanism and the weight of the evaluation criteria,and so its results are very stable.The selection model maximizes the utility of group based decision-making and minimizes the regret of individuals,ensuring a competitive advantage.The lean management tools selection model can solve the problem that there is a large gap between the results of group based decision-making and reality when using the same set of evaluation criteria to select the lean management tools.
