With the rapid development of our economy and mature of network information technology,electronic commerce developed rapidly in years,Tianjin has also made great development in electronic commerce with its unique geographical location and modern industrial city background.By the use of thee-commerce,many traditional enterprises actively explored online trading market.It not only made a great contribution to the economic development,but also let the consumers feel an unprecedented enjoy with an easy and quick shopping experience.However,a series of problems emerge during the process of developing e-commerce.There are contradictions between characteristics of electronic commerce and present management and supervision.For instances,many problems appear frequently in online trading.Counterfeits and unqualified products still exists,while the legal rights of online consumers are easy to be invaded but hard to be protected.All of these hampered a further healthly expansion of electronic commerce.To let the e-commerce transactions behavior norms and orderly,on one hand,we need to standardize and develop the rules of electronic commerce industry,on the other hand,the supervision department also requires effective supervisory methods.As an important functional departments of tianjin's economic supervision.In 2014 the new Tianjin Market and Quality Supervision Administration Committee and the branches under carry on the regulatory functions of online transactions.At present,they have obtained certain experience on electronic commerce regulation,while there are also many shortcomings.When facing the network supervision,ther own problems emerge unceasingly,even more highlights.In this thesis,by collecting relevant research literature at home and abroad,to understand foreign regulatory status of online transactions,refer to the regulators around the years practical experience,we cleared the related concept of Supervision to e-commerce.Combined with the actual network supervision situation of Tianjin Market and Quality Supervision department,the following recommendations are approved:First,perfect network trading regulation system of laws and regulations;Second is to optimize the electronic professional business regulators,and strengthening personnel training;Third is to perfect integration of regulatory mechanism,andeliminate network regulatory blind Angle;Four is to strengthen the construction of Internet surveillance system,and enhance the level of network supervision;Fifth,strengthen the supervision of third-party e-commerce platform;Six is to speed up the construction of credit system,and improve operator self-discipline consciousness;Seven is to build the social supervision mechanism,to carry out the consumer rights protection way.Hope that through this article discussion,finding accurate regulation breakthrough and really solve the question for Market and Quality Supervision department.Helping them find effective approaches of regulation,therefore the network economy of China would be actively promoted.
