Research On The Management Problems And Countmeasures Of Anyue County Industrial Park Under The New Situation

If counties are well governed,then the whole country can become peaceful;if counties are all rich,then the whole country will be prosperous.Development of county economy plays an important role enhancing national comprehensive competitiveness,achieving the goal of becoming a prosperous,strong,democratic,civilized and culturally advanced country,and realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese Nation.In the process of developing county economy,the development of industries is a significant impetus which promotes the county economy,and industrial park is the carrier of aggregating and integrating producing elements and developing services in a county,and is also the core of regional economical development.In recent years,industrial parks grow around the country like bamboo shoots after rains,and have brought about tremendous economy benefits.Due to a late commencement of construction,various problems and contradictions appear in the process of establishing parks,such as less intensification,non-obvious features,unclear positioning of development,unscientific planning,industrial isomorphism,damages to the environment,etc.Under the current new circumstance,to strengthen studies on problems and solutions concerning the construction and management of industrial parks has become an important measure helping to solve the bottleneck problem in the process of development of parks and to set a explicit and clear developing direction,is key power stimulating the integration and conversion between advantages on resource,industries and competition,and development results,and is also a countermeasure against new industries having high technology,producing high economic benefits,consuming less resource and causing less pollution.Taking Industrial Parks in An'yue as an example,this paper compares and analyses excellent experience and different disadvantages in the management of several industrial parks around the country.To study the theory on management of parks,theories and methods on Institutional Economics,Organizational Behavior and Strategic Management are comprehensively applied herein;and to deeply deconstruct the development path of Industrial Parks in An'yue under the current new circumstances,measures like Field Investigation and Interview are introduced in this paper which follows such a strategy formation process as:Analysis,Formulation,Execution and Evaluation.On basis of the above,a security measure was proposed to promote the execution of various countermeasures and come out with the pointed policies which can make the development targets come ture,which,under the current new circumstances,makes an important sense to the development of An'yue economy and to realize comprehensive goal on building a well-off society.Considering the incompletion of industrial supporting facility,slow progress of new projects,unclear direction of development,competition with neighbor industrial parks out of a similar structure,damages to the ecological surroundings,and low efficiency of production,and analyzing the facts of land enclosure and land hoarding,this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of industrial parks in An'yue,and chances for and challenges against them by a method of SWOT Analysis,proposed the positioning,target and necessary management measures for developing Industrial Parks.Problems on the development of Industrial Parks in An'yue are generally found in county industry parks around the country.Programming layout,management countermeasures and security measures for the development of Industrial Parks in An'yue proposed in this paper will provide a reference for the management of County Industries Parks in other regions.
