Since 2008,"Guangdong industrial transfer" and "double transfer strategy deployment of labor force transfer" has successively set up demonstration Industrial Park(15),General Industrial Park(25)and Its Industrial Park(13)a total of 53 industrial transfer industrial park,and have introduced the "bird cage,Phoenix","aid,precise poverty" and a package of industrial transfer policy,promote the transfer of industry in our province industrial park has made remarkable achievements,to further promote the Pearl River Delta region and the eastern northwest regional development balance.However,in the process of vigorously developing industrial transfer industrial parks for more than ten years,the park’s operation mode is not clear,the industrial layout is unscientific,the industrial support is not perfect,the industrial integration is not high,and the park’s policy driving force and targetedness are not strong.The land use in the park is unreasonable,and the enthusiasm of enterprises to increase capital and expand production is not high,which seriously restricts the development of the park.This paper focuses on the development status and existing problems of Guangdong industrial transfer industrial parks,draws on the relevant experience of excellent industrial industrial transfer parks,proposes to clarify the development plan of the park,promote industrial transfer in a rational and orderly manner,strengthen the policy support and support of the park,and consolidate the foundation of industrial park construction.Reasonable use of "Internet +" to drive the park’s innovation and development,etc.to improve the development of industrial transfer industrial parks in Guangdong Province.
