| Technology has changed lives.In recent years,new things such as face-to-face payment,artificial intelligence,big data computing,etc.have frequently appeared in our lives,changing our production and lifestyles,and relying on the rapid development of new technologies.We call it the new economy,and the new economy has become an important part of our production and life,providing a powerful driving force for the conversion of new and old kinetic energy in our country.Based on the relevant theoretical research on the measurement of the new economy,this paper analyzes the current situation of the new economy in Shaanxi Province and builds an index system to measure the development level of the new economy.First,using the nuclear principal component analysis method Linear measurement,and then use the improved horizontal and vertical pull-level method to dynamically measure the new economic development level of various regions of the country from 2013 to 2018,and view the development level of the new economy in Shaanxi Province from the national new economic development situation,and Make a specific analysis of the development level of its total indicators and first-level indicators,explore the type of aggregation of new economic development in Shaanxi Province based on the analysis of spatial correlation,and finally design and design around the advantages and disadvantages of new economic development in Shaanxi Province Out its future development path.The main results obtained through the above research are: uneven distribution of new economic development in the country from 2013 to 2018,the new economic development momentum of coastal areas is good,and most of them are in a high-gathering state,but China,including Shaanxi Province The western region has always exhibited a very strong low-low spatial agglomeration trend,and most of the surrounding areas of Shaanxi Province are underdeveloped;Shaanxi Province’s new economic development level is at a medium level in the country,ranking 16 th in the country and comprehensively in the west.Ranked 2nd,in the development of its second-level indicators,the level of new technology development is the highest,ranking 8th in the country comprehensively,and the development of new industries is the worst,ranking 22 nd in the country overall,and the development level of new formats is basically in the middle Level,ranked 17 th overall in the country,and the new business model has a good momentum of development,and 11 th overall in the country;there is a great imbalance in the development of the new economy in prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province,and the development scale of Xi’an far exceeds other prefecture-level In the past few years,Yangling’s new economy has developed rapidly,and Weinan and Baoji have great potential for development. |
