Research On Power Grid Infrastructure Investment Decision Of Jining Power Supply Company

Most of the investment in fixed assets in the electric power enterprise is the power grid infrastructure investment,characteristics of the investment about power grid construction is a huge amount of funds,long construction period and is not reversible,once the decision-making mistakes will bring great risks to the enterprise or the power grid,if the lack of consideration of economic power grid infrastructure investment projects,will cause the enterprise to reduce the ratio of input and output,reduce corporate profits;if the lack of consideration of the safety of the project,will affect the safe operation of the power grid,and even lead to large-scale power outage.How to make a reasonable decision-making system and decision-making method for power grid infrastructure projects is a huge problem faced by electric power enterprises.It is the discourse focus of this paper that according to the environment of the electric power enterprise,to make the correct investment decision and meet the current development needs.This paper takes Jining power supply company as an example,introduces the main problems of the current investment decision in power grid construction,combined with the management of decision theory,decision making method and matching,and the decision-making methods are described and verified by the actual case,the main method relates to multi objective linear programming,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,according to these,the management of the investment decision-making theory and grid infrastructure investment decision-making,have very strong innovation significance.The decision method and the main process is divided into three stages,the first one is based on the current situation of investment strategy selection,making the dimensions of weight;the second is to quantify the evaluation of the project in the reserve pool;the last one is to create a model and solve the constraints according to the constraints of the company's investment and construction constraints..In this paper,based on domestic and foreign research,make the management into the power grid investment decision-making,according to local conditions,and avoid weaknesses,to form a complete set of grid infrastructure investment decision analysis system,can improve the investment decision-making level of the current electric power enterprise,to meet the needs of precision investment.
