A Residential District Property Management Customer Satisfaction Study

Recently,with the development of property management,the dissatisfaction and dispute between the customers and company happens.The management of property is becoming an important issue that affect the living quality of residents.Based on this situation,how to analysis and review the satisfaction of property management,improve the service quality,enhance the competition,has already been a serious topic.This article take a district as the research target,mainly from the view of property management company,after researching the result of domestic and abroad property management achievement,with the conception of "property management" and "customer satisfaction".First time with the different features of customers lived in A district,basing on the research of them,using the document and questionnaire,research the satisfaction of property management.First,calculate and research the satisfaction from residents who lived in A district,then analysis the difference of features,relations between different factors and the loyalty.And then design and implement the plan which is about the satisfaction of property management.After research the district,design,send and retrieve the questionnaire.At last give the improvement plan.This research consider the different features,solve the difference from different individual,also emphasize the importance between the loyalty and customer satisfaction.This research cannot only fertilize the theory,but also can connected with the theory of customers satisfaction and property management,update the management level,service quality,customer satisfaction,brand image.In further to enhance the Shenyang Company,18 projections quality.Meanwhile it will also offer a reference for B group,and a standard of this industry in Shenyang.
