With the competition in the global market becoming increasingly fierce,how to choose and use the right methods of management to solve existing problems in steel-making enterprise is a very important subject nowadays.Qiangang Company started the implementation of Six Sigma management in 2008,and Silicon Steel Business Department is founded in 2009 and started to implement Six Sigma management in 2011.Although the implemention has obtained a certain achievement,it is still cannot satisfied the needs of Silicon Steel Business Department.Through the SWOT analysis,confirm the objectives and direction of Six Sigma management in Silicon Steel Business Department,and optimized the Six Sigma management from different aspects in order to get a more targeted,staff,benefit result.(1)To find out the most important problem by collect and analysis the quality objection,customer complaining,customer demand report and customer satisfaction survey report.Combined with demands from customers and the strategy of enterprise to make sure concentrating the efforts on those problems.(2)Established an internal project management system with the standard comparison database and measurement database to make the project process more flexible,The new system has the characteristics of shorter,more accurate and standard,to combine Six Sigma management and quality management closely(3)Realizing data collection by Process Quality Control System(QPC),and put the Six Sigma process parameters,result parameters and CP parameters into this system with visual function,to promote all staff get close to the needs of outer and inner customers and take part in the quality management.(4)Carry out the DFSS project in order to promote the research in especial productions,shorten the product cycle,decrease the loss,and construct a strong cooperating relationship with customers,finally to improve the market competitiveness,and building a brand image.Research has certain guidance for enterprises implementing Six Sigma.
