With the rapid development of global economic integration,the cooperation and exchanges between enterprises are increasing,more and more automobile production enterprises have found that they must put the limited resources into the core business in order to achieve their maximum benefit.Use of global resources has become an important means to reduce the cost and enhance the core competitiveness.Under the background of opportunities and challenges,the automobile enterprises need mining profit growth point is to choose the proper supplier,the automobile industry competition has not only limited to the enterprises,but also to the performance between supply chain and supply chain competition.In the procurement to globalization environment,whether to choose the right supplier influence enterprise competitiveness in a great degree,previous high-quality low-cost strategy has been difficult to meet the needs of the modern market environment and competition in the industry,the establishment of strict supplier selection and evaluation system is very important,it is the problem requires lots of automobile enterprises have to face and solve.With the rapid development in the global scope of procurement,the problems and defects appear gradually in enterprise management system and the supplier evaluation and selection system.In this paper,by reviewing the previous automobile manufacturing enterprise supplier selection and evaluation of the literature,with global sourcing project in BBA company as the research background,the supplier management under the guidance of the theory,analyzes the prominent problems in the procurement process of BBA enterprise,according to the development situation of BBA company to establish new supplier evaluation process and evaluation index system,to solve the existence of supplier evaluation and selection problems in company BBA.In the first part,the related theories on the supplier evaluation and selection are summarized.Secondly,introduces the current situation of the evaluation and selection of supplier,elaborated the BBA company exists in supplier evaluation and selection problem in the process of specific issues,including supplier selection procedure is not scientific,evaluation index system is not reasonable,classification and selection system is not perfect,the supplier risk control consciousness weak,based on the analysis of causes of the problem.Third,through the research literature content,combined with BBA company’s actual situation to optimize the process of evaluation and selection of suppliers,and established a new evaluation index system in the material on the basis of classification.And its application to the procurement practice in BBA company,to provide support for the company to improve operating performance and core competitiveness.The thesis adopts the method of combining theoretical research and case analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,set up a new BBA company supplier evaluation process and supplier evaluation index system,and has important significance to guide enterprises making supplier management strategy.
