Research On Risk Management Of Integrated Logistics Service Sharing Platform In Beibu Gulf Of Guangxi

The development of the logistics management information system as a complex software engineering,not only large investment projects,long life cycle,high risk,comprehensive problem but also computer science,software engineering and project management field of multidisciplinary integration.Although there are a lot of system development methods,but has not yet formed a set of acceptance by all developers accurate,complete and uniform standards.Therefore,it is significant to study the risk management of logistics management information system development.This paper combined with the Beibu Gulf logistics integrated service sharing platform project planning,characteristics and the status quo for the logistics management information system,mainly on the North Bay integrated logistics service sharing platform project project risk identification,risk assessment research and risk control research.This paper from the Beibu Gulf logistics integrated service platform sharing two levels of project risk qualitative and quantitative elaboration,proposed the risk quantitative methods according to the technical risk,management risk probability and risk impact,cost risk,schedule risk and social environment risk of the project and the qualitative analysis method based on probabilistic risk assessment method,assessment of logistics informatization project risk and its influence.At the same time,the article also on how to use mathematical tools and software to assist the logistics information project to quantify the relevant research.The research of this paper mainly includes the following contents:1.Logistics information technology project risk analysis.Based on the theory of risk management in software development,the risk of the project of the integrated service sharing platform of Beibu Gulf is analyzed,including their characteristics and relationships,and their classification and evaluation principles.2.Through the logistics information project risk assessment of the content and process analysis,put forward the content of the Beibu Gulf logistics information sharing platform risk assessment.3.Through the process of logistics information technology project monitoring method and response measures,proposed in the northern Gulf logistics information system project development process for all kinds of risks in a timely manner.
