Membership management system is an IT system used by enterprises and merchants to effectively manage their members.It is an important tool for business operation.C Group’s old membership system has been in operation for 10 years,with a total of over 10 million members.However,the system’s performance and usage scenarios can no longer meet the needs of market operations.The company requires the development of a new system to replace the old one within 6months.The system is complex and the development cycle is short,which poses significant development risks.Therefore,the project developers must pay attention to project risk management in order to ensure the success of the new system development and achieve the smooth replacement of the old system.This thesis takes the membership management system used in C Group’s commercial real estate project(hereinafter referred to as "C Group membership system")as an example,and conducts research on software system development risk management around the development and implementation of the system.The thesis analyzes the current research status of software system risk management at home and abroad,comprehensively elaborates the relevant theories of project risk management,identifies and evaluates the risks of C Group’s membership system development project through WBS-RBS risk recognition matrix and qualitative and quantitative analysis,determines the risk level,and develops corresponding risk response strategies according to the risk level.Moreover,the thesis puts forward risk management and supervision measures throughout the project development process,tracks risk factors in the development process in a timely manner,adjusts risk response measures,and strives to achieve the best risk management effect.The research results of this thesis not only effectively manage the development risks of the case project and successfully realize the development of C Group’s new membership system,but also provide a set of effective software risk management methods for the enterprise to explore.At the same time,it provides a beneficial example for other enterprises in the same industry to refer to their software system project risk management methods.
