Software project risk management has become an increasing important field due to the increasingly pervasive role of software in modern times. To manage software project risk is to deal with software process uncertainty to a certain extent because of the particularity of software project. Therefore, the software risk management is extraordinary important. Software project as a subject has made great progress in its theories and methods in recent 30 years. However, with the improvement of software engineering practice, it is still a urgent requirement for seeking a reasonable and feasible method system of software project risk management with the condition of software organizes. The research will be of momentous significance for advancing the development successful ratio of software project, as well as boosting the software enterprises' capability of encountering risks.This paper began with reviewing and analyzing the existing result of software project risk management. Combined with software practical application, this paper has worked on a series of questions on software project risk analysis, such as risk plan and risk control and so on. The main content and fruits of this paper are outlined as follows:Firstly, based on the basic theory of software project risk management, the features, conception, classification and the process of software project and software project risk management were analyzed as well as the relationship between them.Secondly, in the research area of risk identification, this paper has made a software project risk taxonomy structure table based on the Taxonomy-Based Risk Identification of SEI. Then, the relationship between the main risk events and risk factors existed in software projects were analyzed. Then the method of Bayesian Networks probability inference was introduced, including the conception, features, modeling and the precise probability reasoning method.Thirdly, this paper also involved the software project risk control. The basic theory of software project risk control was presented as well as the empoldering process of software project based on the lifecycle model. The software project optimized model was given presentation based on schedule.Fourthly, project cooperative management model was analyzed, including the pattern of collaborative management and cooperativity, and the cooperative process model of software project was analyzed.Lastly, combination with the practical application of the Rizhao port collaborative information management, the collaborative information management model was introduced; the method of software project risk evaluation and risk control method were presented. By solving some technical problems from the software projects, the research results in this paper can help the software organizer make software project risk management effectively and have certain worth in theory and practice.
