Therefore, farmers professional cooperatives performance evaluation to its sustainable and healthy development also has important promote and guide, and build a reasonable and scientific performance evaluation index system is professional farmers cooperatives to carry out the performance evaluation of the basic premise, and the current theory circle and practice circle has confirmed that a unified, widely recognized as the farmers professional cooperatives performance evaluation index system.This paper studies the related theory and literature based on the combination of farmers' professional cooperatives characteristics and performance of forming path, for the first time based on the "behavior performance concept" in Hunan Province, farmers cooperatives performance evaluation index system; then use AHP to determine weights obtained by random sampling method in Hunan Province,50 farmers' professional cooperatives as a sample the calculation, the comprehensive performance and ranking; then using the factor analysis method for performance evaluation index system for the two time in the same sample test, calculate a comprehensive performance score of two groups of side by side; finally the comprehensive performance and ranking were analyzed.
