On The Index System Construction Of Student Counselor Performance Assessment--A Case Study Of CS College

The reform of college and university teacher personnel system has seen teacher appraisal system growing more mature, but the corresponding performance appraisal management for college and university student counselor remains to be improved. Undertaking ideological and political education for students, college and university student counselors lead students to shape proper world outlook and life outlook, meanwhile they are expected to lead students to cultivate sound psychological quality and disposition and strengthen their capability to manage daily life. Their job involves moral education and daily affairs. As the number of college and university keeps increasing,the patterns of society and economy transform and the features of college and university students take on a new look, we find it urgent to enhance student administration. Therefore, how to improve the overall student counselors'quality and improve the performance system for them stands out to be an important issue in college and university ideological and political education. It is of great importance to establish a sound college and university student counselor performance management system in view of student ideological education and student counselors'professional capability.The paper has looked into the current state and the index system of student counselor's performance appraisal, and designed a performance management system by taking GS college as a case.The paper comprises four chapters. Chapter one introduced the research background and its significance, literature review and research content and methods. Chapter two looked into the features and current state of student counselors'performance appraisal system. Chapter three applied key performance index to define the index for student counselors'performance management on the basis of analysis of student counselors'work. And, the paper assigned the proportion of each index through AHP(The Analytical Hierarchy Process), built up a pattern and designed a management system for student counselors'performance appraisal.Chapter four centered on the implementation and application of student counselor performance appraisal management system.
