Research On The Influencing Factors Of Performance Of Tobacco Farmers' Cooperatives

In recent years,with the continuous promotion of modern tobacco agriculture and the active support and guidance of the tobacco industry,tobacco farmers' cooperatives has achieved a stage effect.It plays an important role in promoting the large-scale planting and professional service of tobacco,improving the quality and production level of tobacco,promoting the increase of tobacco farmers' income and the economic and social development of the tobacco area.Performance management and evaluation have always been the focus of academic research,and the performance of tobacco farmers' cooperatives is a difficult point of research as the organization with both the nature of enterprise and the nature of collective contract alliance.It is of great significance to explore the performance and the influencing factors of the tobacco farmers' cooperatives,and to reveal its current status,characteristics and shortcomings,and to explore the goal,direction and countermeasures of the development of tobacco farmers' cooperatives under the context of the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.On the basis of industrial organization theory,principal-agent theory,stakeholder theory and key performance index theory,this paper makes a systematic study on the performance and influencing factors of tobacco farmers' cooperatives by means of questionnaire survey,field investigation,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.This paper first defines the connotation and theoretical basis of the performance of the tobacco farmers' cooperatives,and then conducts theoretical analysis of the performance and its influencing factors of the tobacco farmers' cooperatives,including the analysis of the influence factors and the performance evaluation index,the analysis of action mechanism,the construction of the theoretical model and the hypothesis of the research,and then based on the survey data from Hunan Province,using the factor analysis method to determine the main factors affecting the performance of the tobacco farmers' cooperatives,and then establish the performance index system to determine the comprehensive performance of the cooperatives,and use multiple regression methods to verify the relationship between them.The conclusion is that the sensitivity of the factors to cooperative performance is professional service,capable leadership,democratic management,financial management and diversification,and they all have a significant positive correlation with the cooperative performance,and the effect of asset management on cooperative performance is not obvious.Finally,from the two aspects of the internal management and external environment of cooperatives,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance of tobacco farmers' cooperatives.
