Study On Food Safety Supervision And Countermeasures In Guilin City

As well known, food safety is the important key for people healthy, it is the focus of people in their daily lives with great concern. In addition, food safety relates to sustainable developing for economic and social stability. In recent years, food safety issues grows more and more, events exposed by the media about food safety issues have atrracted a lot of people’s attention. For ensuring the food safety of the people. Government for food safety aspects adopted a more strict monitoring and related measures, for example, the law on surveillance of food production, "Food Safety Law" revision, and the stringent requirements of the food production in accordance with laws and regulations.Under the joint supervision of the government and the people, the food security situation is eased a little compared to that of past, but there are many problems still to be solved. In this paper, food safety issues was used as the research focusing, and many papers were summarized to find a lot of relevant informations, then integrate classified after comparison. Some problems have been given the coorespondingcountermeasures.In this paper, the actual situation of Guilin city, from the perspective of government regulators and related storm drain of the causes, were analyzed and summarized.All in all, we summarized the successful experience of some developed countries in terms of food safety. The author against the government putting forward some of their own views and opinions.The second part shows the theory of food security monitoring and management, specifically covering food and food security. Food safety of nowadays’manifested in several ways. Emphasis on content aspects of food safety monitoring was analyzed. Some food safety issues, specificly to Guilin cityescape the storm, then the causes were analyzed in third part of this thesis.The last part of the article summarizes the content of the full text, the author puts forward some solutions to his views and specific problems faced by Guilin city. At the end. the author shows the achievements for food safety of Guilin city, according what he advised.
